The eye captures the fullness of the ever-evolving ruby red and the richness of all its nuances

Intense aroma of sour cherries and black cherries , accompanied by a barely perceptible hint of ripe plum .

On the palate, after a fresh, full attack, it is enveloping and warm.

It unfolds through a dense weave of soft tannins. The fresh acidity and pleasant savor make it pleasantly long and intense.

Longer, more intense macerations with vinification in steel at controlled temperature .

The Vivijancu and Vivirussu wines have a bond that dates back to the late Seventies, when, as children, Grandpa Ciccio, crushing the grapes in the cellar, would tell us: "su nesci jancu t'allonga u tempu, su nesci russu t'allicchi u mussu", which literally means: if it comes out white you take more, if it comes out red you lick your lips. This phrase stayed with us for years without us fully understanding its meaning, until, as we grew up, we did. Today we produce these wines with modern techniques, but with the same heart that Grandpa Ciccio put into them.
