Vivid yellow, rich in appealing straw-like hues.
On the nose, a bouquet emerges rich in floral and fruity notes .
The nose then detects, in sequence, a rich scent of Mediterranean herbs and light balsamic notes .
The fresh, agile and lively attack on the palate encourages a full, juicy sip that turns into a pleasant, carefree drink, enhanced by good minerality.
Short but intense macerations at controlled temperature .
The Vivijancu and Vivirussu wines share a bond dating back to the late Seventies, when, as children, Grandpa Ciccio, pressing the grapes in the cellar, would tell us: " su nesci jancu t'allonga u tempu, su nesci russu t'allicchi u mussu ", which literally means: if it comes out white you pour yourself more, if it comes out red you lick your moustache.
This phrase stayed with us for years without us fully understanding its meaning, until, as we grew up, we did.
Today we produce these wines with modern techniques, but with the same heart Grandpa Ciccio put into it.
